...then there was one...

Yup the rumors are true, Gabriela boarded a New York bound bus yesterday (Friday) evening at 5:30; She will be in New York on Monday morning (4am). I am continuing the journey by myself.

She wanted to be in New York as soon as possible and I wanted to take my time. A misunderstanding from the minute we left. Not quite sure how she understood a detour through Yellowstone and Mt. Rushmore as being the most direct route but whatever.

Advice for all future travelers: If you like to be on a tight schedule do not travel with me. I am an incredibly loose schedule type of guy. I rarely plan my trips, I play it by ear and I always have a lot of fun with minimal stress. Just ask Amanda, She planned our entire Europe trip (for which I am grateful) but we still ended up playing a lot of it by ear and it was great. I think we both had a great time on that trip (right Amanda?)

Ok now I am off to Mt. Rushmore.

Just Gone Fishin'

Oh man.. this was good. Gabriela was in such a hurry to get to New York that she ended up taking a Greyhound (nevermind the fact that we were feuding like cats n' dogs). Anyhow, she was expecting a full service Greyhound service in the midwest, I knew she wouldn't find one and what she got was a fishing store with an oversized parking lot. Zoom in on the picture you can actually see the parking lot AND how small the town was. So funny.
